Samsung Galaxy F52 5G received a 120Hz screen and Snapdragon 750G

A new model has been added to the Samsung Galaxy F series of smartphones. This is the Samsung Galaxy F52 5G, the younger brother of the Galaxy F62 introduced in February this year.

The Samsung Galaxy F52 is powered by an eight-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G chipset, which is paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. To expand the internal memory, the smartphone has a slot for microSD memory cards up to 1 TB. The front of the smartphone has a 6.6-inch TFT panel with Full HD + resolution, 120 Hz refresh rate and a notch in the upper right corner for a 16-megapixel front camera for selfies and video calling. On the back of the smartphone is a 64MP main camera paired with an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens module, a 2MP depth sensor and a 2MP macro camera.

The new Samsung smartphone is powered by a 4500 mAh rechargeable battery with 25W fast charging via USB Type-C port. As for the software, the novelty works under the control of the Android 11 mobile operating system with the One UI 3.1 proprietary shell installed on top. The rest of the device’s specs include a fingerprint scanner built into the side power button, a 3.5mm audio jack for a headphone, and support for fifth-generation cellular networks.

The first market where sales of the Samsung Galaxy F52 5G will start was China. There, it is already available for pre-order at 1999 yuan, or about $ 310 at the current exchange rate. Customers can choose from two colors: black or white. When and at what price the new product will appear in other countries is still unknown.
